House Bill (H2876) for charter opt-out of lottery

February 26, 2018October 2, 2017 by questadmin

Interesting to read this House Bill (H2876) being proposed by Mayor Walsh and Reps. Peisch, Hunt and Carvalho, up in hearings tomorrow morning. It includes an “opt out lottery” for charter schools and a geographical restriction to the charter schools, if the schools wants it. Precursors to Unified Enrollment?
